Marygrace Zetkulic, M.D., M.B.A.
Dr. Zetkulic is Associate Program Director of the Internal Medicine Residency Program and Chief of General Internal Medicine at Saint Peter’s University Hospital. In addition, she is Assistant Professor of Medicine at Drexel University. She has particular interest in the education and evaluation of International Medical Graduates (IMGs). She has worked on programs to assess and ameliorate communication skills in IMGs. In February 2012 she traveled to Kasoa, Ghana to work and she hopes to be able to have an opportunity to do clinical skills training there. She has lectured on Patient Safety in Graduate Medical Education. She has also introduced a Certificate of Business Administration into the Residency curriculum in conjunction with Rutgers University, where she is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor.
She is a graduate of Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and has been presented the Humanism and Professionalism Award for her work in the Internal Medicine Residency Program. In addition, she was presented with the Chairman’s Award by the Department of Medicine for her work in the Internal Medicine Residency Program as well as the Excellence in Teaching Award in 2009-2010. She was voted Physician of the Year in 2011 by the Medical and Dental staff of Saint Peter’s University Hospital.
