Amol Dongre, M.B.B.S., M.D., M.P.S., M.H.P.E.

Amol Dongre, M.B.B.S., M.D., M.P.S., M.H.P.E.Dr. Amol Dongre is presently working as a Professor and Head of the Department of Community Medicine and Dean (Research) at Sri Manakula Vinayagar Medical College and Hospital in Pondicherry, India. He received an International Fellowship in Medical Education (IFME) in 2015 and received his Master’s in Health Professions Education through the FAIMER-Keele program. Dr. Dongre has conducted 12 national level workshops on Qualitative Research Methods and six workshops on Mixed Methods Research. He is a regional faculty member for the PSG-FAIMER and MAHE-FAIMER Regional Institutes in Coimbatore and Manipal, India. His areas of interest and work are maternal and child health, school health, operational research in national health programs, and educational research and evaluation.
